Many people who are used to having potatoes in their diet find themselves really craving something comforting like mashed potatoes…and sometimes it’s difficult to find a good replacement that is “keto friendly”. But, never fear, cauliflower has come to the rescue!

I LOVE mashed cauliflower and get a great amount of fats through the use of heavy cream & grass-fed butter.
